Caitlin O’Connor is a fashion model and TV host that was one of Maxim Magazine’s “Ten Hottest Girls In America” in the July/August 2013 edition. She has modeled for various brands and in her role as a TV host has appeared on Fox News, ArsenicTV, Toria TV and AfterBuzz TV. Her bubbly TV personality has played a strong part in her rise to success and positive reviews by her audience.
MODE:Â You always look fit and energized. How do you keep that up?
Caitlin: I do enjoy working out but I don’t need to exercise regularly to stay in shape. My gym routine is for muscle tone. I love maintaining my curves and I hope to inspire other young women to be concerned with their health and flexibility rather than the goal of being thin or an eight pack!! Curves are in!
MODE:Â Are you more of a casual dresser or do you usually go all out with fashion and your outfits?
Caitlin:Â I love casual clothing! Jeans, work boots and t-shirts are my go-to fashion statement. I sacrifice pretty much zero time on fashion. However, I love getting glammed up for red carpet events.
MODE:Â What are your basic daily morning routines?
Caitlin:Â I love watching Kelly Ripa on Live with Kelly in the mornings over a big cup of coffee, unless I am on set somewhere! Otherwise, each day for me is different. My routines depend on audition times and work! I love my career, and everything comes secondary to work.
MODE:Â Are you strict with diet or are you more relaxed about food?
Caitlin: I eat whatever I want. Every meal for me feels like a cheat meal because I don’t diet and I unabashedly love candy.

“Don’t get stuck pursuing someone
else’s goals for you,
but do pave your own path“
Â
MODE:Â What is your favorite vacation destination?
Caitlin:Â Anywhere with palm trees and warm water to swim in! I actually like overcast weather also, and Seattle and NYC are two of my favorite places in the States!
MODE:Â What are your 2017 goals?
Caitlin:Â I take each day at a time because tomorrow is not promised to us; I am grateful to keep working in Los Angeles. Hoping to continue hosting for network TV or an awesome game show.
MODE: Please share with us some lessons you’ve learnt about success and what makes you happy.
Caitlin: Always follow your dreams. Don’t get stuck pursuing someone else’s goals for you, but do pave your own path. Success and happiness have nothing to do with the number of followers on your Instagram page or how much money you have in the bank.
MODE: You always seem to be smiling and happy when you are hosting shows and events. Is this your normal persona and how do you manage to keep so upbeat?
Caitlin: Yes, my normal persona is always quite giggly and festive. I am always smiling and trying to be funny or make someone’s day better wherever I go.
MODE:Â If you could go back in time what would you do differently in your life?
Caitlin:Â My grandmother and I were very close. She passed away in April 2016. We spoke everyday for ten years after I moved back to Los Angeles, however, I wish I had spent more time with her over the past few years.
MODE:Â How has your life changed the most since becoming a celebrity in your own right? What do you have to do differently?
Caitlin:Â I really enjoy when fans from ArsenicTV and The Chive come up to me on the street and tell me how much they love my videos or the Arsenic Snapchat and my own social media posts. It is really rewarding to have steady work in entertainment; it is definitely a difficult industry to tackle.
